"This bank no longer exists in Oklahoma either. Wells Fargo has no banking business in Oklahoma, yet they still have investment offices and one home loan office. None of the offices will service their loans, by that I mean that if you have a loss to your property, you cannot get the insurance check endorsed for the repairs. You must mail the check and wait 2 weeks to get it back. The one home loan office refuses to sign checks as they say it is just too time consuming to sign a check for the people for which they write the loans. I would not recommend doing business with this group as I don't understand a company that cares so little for their customers."
