It’s a nice spot but if their massage providers are that unreliable, not worth the time/money of going. Just disappointing experience overall."

If you think you might get sick at any point in the future then don't schedule with them, they'll take your money and you get nothing and cannot reschedule."

"My husband gave me a gift card to this Spa about a year ago. I did have trouble booking online and over the phone in the past. However, recently I was able to book an appointment over the phone but not online. The young lady that answered the phone was resourceful and kind. I was indecisive about which facial I wanted but the young lady was still very patient with me. She provided me with additional information about all the facial and made suggestions based on what I told her I wanted. She also informes me that I would receive valet parking since I was very worried about where I would park. I eventually booked the Dermafacial with Jessica which was awesome. When I arrived to the hotel valet parking was fast and easy. The hotel is stunning. You have to take the elevator behind the fireplace and push the spa button. When I arrived at the Spa, it was gorgeous and smelled great. The receptionist gave me a tour and explained what I needed to do to get ready for my facial. The waiting area was also beautiful. Not long after I arrived to the waiting room, Jessica arrived and took me to the room where I would receive my facial. Jessica asked me a few additional questions about my skin and my concerns. She provided information about all the products she used as she was conducting the facial. When she was finished my skin was glowing. In addition, my skin has continued to progress since the facial. Some of my dark spots are still fading. She also informed me what to use on my face after the facial. I booked another appointment with Jessica."
