"Worst care imaginable. Administrative practices are an utter and total debacle, leading me to another primary care doctor altogether. I was in urgent need of care and medical documentation for an absence from work. I was told over and over by multiple staff that I would be tended to and receive a care plan. Everyone shrugs and plays dumb rather than addressing the request. Bottom line: Botox and other high-revenue elective procedures are Dr. Gordon’s clear priority."

"UPDATE: Dr. Gordon reached out and agreed to rectify the situation. She was not aware that customers who had purchased the certificates were being turned away. We truly appreciate Dr. Gordon’s willingness to do the right thing by honoring the certificates. My teenage daughter spent her entire paycheck to purchase a gift certificate for her and for me to get 5 spa treatments together. It was my birthday gift. It was a substantial amount of money, especially for a young college student working 30 hours a week. The expiration date is 6/17/2121. I called them this morning to schedule an appointment with our gift certificates. The lady on the phone told me they have no available appointments before June 17, but that I was welcome to book an appointment for full price. Again, my 18 year old college student already spent her paycheck for our appointments. Really?? It should be up to them to either refund our money or to make sure we get to book an appointment that has already been paid for. They refused to give us our money back or even a credit for a later appointment. What’s scam!! They took advantage of an 18 year old girl trying to do something nice for her mama. Disgusting."

"I received the Hydrotherapy treatment, and they did a good job. They explained everything as they did it, and made sure it was enjoyable. I would like to point out several issues though. 1. The prices was a bit higher than was “Skin Secrets” was charging for the exact same therapy (One was under $100.00, while the other cost $150.00). I was super excited to try the service so I was willing to pay, but others may not want to pay that much. 2. I purchased the Obagi Nu Derm system for $453.00!!! I looked online, and the VERY SAME EXACT KIT is found on their site for about $250.00!! They also did NOT give me instructions on how to use the system, nor did they provide the retinae cream advertised with the system (no expiation given as to why). Bottom line: friendly women, but the business definitely price gouges in extreme ways. So disappointing, I truly wanted to become a regular client..."
