"My coffee tasted like slightly flavored water. Like hot water that had the essence of a cinnamon dolce splashed into it. Zero cares given about how the coffee tasted it seemed like… Worst coffee I’ve had in a really long time and I’ve had campground coffee over a fire multiple times this past year. For $6 I expected way better. This was my last time at Starbucks."

"The staff is nice, but I've never had an issue with my drink order at any location other than this. I have to order with milk alternatives because of an allergy, I'll live with the up charge, but I'm positive that I've not been given milk alternatives. It also takes almost 45-60 minutes to get anything every time."

"Make no mistake this location is nothing more than an oversized drive through with terrible service. My family of four (3 year old and 5 month baby) thought we were going to a Starbucks after a flight from Seattle to OKC, before a two hour drive. We went inside and the staff completely ignored taking our drink order. Then they refused to let us use the bathroom to change the baby's diaper, apparently it's not a "public" bathroom. We had to empty all the luggage out of the car and change the diaper in the parking lot on a lovely December day! Our experience at this location was far from what made Starbucks a household name."

"Very professional barista inside, made the pike place just right and easily loaded my cash on my Starbucks card to gain twice the stars and complete challenges on the app. Unfortunately this is one of the newly opened locations with no outside seating nor wax paper dispensers in their restrooms."
