"Worthless. They will not deliver to my house but will drive RIGHT PAST my house to deliver down the street. I have the app and request notifications but the last 2 times it never updates past “In transit” so I have to call and find out where it is. I opened a case on the last one and the case number closed telling me it was at the FedEx location 1 hour from my house. Drove there today only for them to tell me it’s at a FedEx drop off location ANOTHER hour away. If you choose not to deliver to my house at least update the tracking so I know where the hell to pick it up! Amazon and UPS can deliver to my house just fine but FedEx is beyond ridiculous."
