"Showed up 2 weeks late. To pick up. Then it's been 6 weeks since we gave them an address to deliver. The truck got a day away and the driver parked it and walked away. We were told it would be here this week 3 weeks ago. They can't even tell me where it is now. All I get is it's in transit. Broker US standard assigned them. Don't use either if you value your property or sanity. Well after 3 months we finally got our shipment. We had several big missing items like dresser, desk, mattress and the damage was extensive. Now won't respond to us about setting up a claim"

"I was connected to this company by a Moving Brokerage Company, and I’ve regretted it every day since then. For Almost 7 weeks I've waited for my furniture to be delivered. I have been given over 15 delivery dates and when that date arrives. This shipping company is nowhere to be found. I eventually call them and they notify me that they are nowhere near me and that they will not be able to deliver on their specified day, (what makes this even worse, is that they knew they wouldn't be able to send my shipment to me on that day, but they lied and claimed that it will be their anyway). This process of them setting a date then failing to show up and not notify me, has continued throughout the process of these 7 weeks and to this day, I am still waiting for my household goods shipment to be delivered, and I do not have another confirmed delivery date nor do I know when I will eventually get my stuff. I have to warn you all, this company doesn’t have the ability to ship across multiple states, and it seems that their quality of work for local shipments is just as worse. Avoid this company at all cost. Note: I will update this post when I finally get my household goods shipment delivered. If you don’t see this post updated, this company still has me waiting on my household goods shipment (which will be close to 2 months at the time of this post). UPDATE: shipment received on 1/8/2020 total wait time: 2 months"

"Nearly 3 months holdover of housing items. Tracking response repeatedly given different time to the follow up and rude way of sharing their locations only at end. I’m still worried for my things and not received my items from November 2019 to January 2020. They made my living difficult and worst without tv, sofa, mattress bed, shoes, shoes to outdoor, and required household matters, in my new place during christmas and new year. It was nearly 10 hour drive and these company not moved the truck to deliver with false reasons. Ready set go movers is crime and they don’t work with pride."

"They can a day late , I had everything in the garage all they did is rap I in blankets still cost me the same. Delivery was a week late and only 2/3 of my property. After removing the blankets found a dozen pieces of property damaged. Three weeks later the remaining property was delivered and one of there reps took pictures of all the damages. Was told I would be hearing from their insurance, that never happened. Sent them and the broker a list of damages with photos. Now they won’t take my calls. Worthless human beings with no class or character."

"They were fast, careful with my items, and stayed on task! I was very happy with my moving experience and would use them again. They didn’t have a fancy truck or uniformed movers, BUT they saved me money, time, and stress! The movers were kind and courteous as well. Although the start time was 10:00, and they arrived at 10:15, they got straight to work and didn’t stop until the job was done. The rate was fair, which allowed me room in my budget to tip both movers for their hard work."
