"FEDEX is continually dropping the ball whenever the retailers that I purchase from use them. I called to find my medicine, they told me they would open an investigation into it, and someone would contact me within an hour.. 2 1/2 hours later I called back not having received a callback. They proceeded to tell me that their driver ran out of hours(tried explaining that driver's cab only drive 11 hrs a day. I told them that I used to be a trucker and that a good logistics team, has someone pick it up when someone runs out of hours. They told me that it was to be delivered the next day, and that I would have to take it up with the seller to get refunded on my "express shipping" charge...... Definitely on of the worse couriers that I have used..."
"If I could give zero stars - I would. Second package in less than a month lost. Only concern - this is my medication - a good penny worth- meds my life depends on - and all the lady said to me was “we can open an investigation”.... yea because that’s going to keep me from the hospital after going back and forth for days - and re-pay for my medication that I don’t have in my budget to pay for."
