"Scheduled a Dec 6 delivery and took the day off work to receive the delivery. Just to get an email the day before (not even a phone call) that they rescheduled the delivery for a week out.. Now I have to take another day off work. Hoping they don't reschedule again. Horrible customer service. Contacted them 12/5/23 and got nowhere with customer service person. Update, after leaving a one star review Thomas Wright Senior Specialist, Customer Accounts, got the problem solved right away. Very professional.. Shipment got delivered on original delivery day. So I'll change it to three stars."

"This is a horrible shipping company but what do you do when the company you are purchasing merchandise chooses them? They don't call to schedule a delivery and call the day of delivery and say, I will be there in 30 minutes. It's hard when you have to work. Also, they damaged a 2,000 washer by loading from the back. The guy was rude and hung up on me. I told samsung I will not buy another item if this is the delivery company. Then they arranged a delivery time and never showed."

"I originally gave a low rating to RXO. I was upset when I found out the earliest delivery would be in 1 month from it arriving in my city. I was contacting shortly after expressing my dissatisfaction and they were able to deliver within the week. Very pleased with how they solved the issue and great customer service I received during installation. Thank you very much."

"RXO was supposed to first deliver on Friday 27 Jan, then was rescheduled for today 30 Jan!!!! Now it can't be delivered till next Monday the 6th?? I even volunteered to come get it myself and save them the trouble! No they could not give their address or location of my delivery. Told I have to contact Amazon to get a pick-up approval. Called Amazon and was told then they have to submit a pick-up date. Is it so hard to just drive to OKC from Chickasha about 40 miles and pick it up? Don't use XPO if you have a need for anything on a timely basis!"

"Frankly RXO has to be the most incompetent shipping company I have ever worked with. 3 reschedule deliveries. Not in advance but midway through the confirmed delivery days. 100% unacceptable. Phone support worthless and can provide no real answers. Will not do business with anyone that uses RXO in the future."
