"I’m new to the area, live a few minutes away from the office. Scheduled an appointment on Presidents’ Day because their calendar was open. Get to the office, no one there. Call customer service, he kindly reschedules me for the next day at 6pm. I show up right at 6, doors are locked AGAIN. I call customer service again and told me “sorry we’re closed idk who helped you and there’s nothing else we can do.” I immediately hung up. Disappointed that this was my experience given the excitement that I found a highly recommend place near me. I hope you’re able to clarify scheduling conflicts and avoid standing someone up TWICE. Very unprofessional with no accommodations."
