"Great Floorplan with efficient use of space. We have an Oscar that we love. Huge pantry, lots of kitchen storage, 4 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. They have responded well to our warranty issues promptly."

"The Masters Plus Model Home is what drove me and my wife to drop our earnest money to purchase one. The sales team Matt and Laura has been the sweetest and most helpful reps out of the 4 builders in the community. That alone was enough to move forward. My biggest gripe is that the model won't necessarily reflect what may get. It's almost a bait and switch. We love all the touches with the Model. We love the modern range slipped in the countertop, but we're not getting it. We love the modern undermounted sink, but apparently we are not getting it but instead the out dated drop in one. We love the cabinet crown molding in the model, but again, we're not getting that either in our Masters Plus as well. We also loved the cabinet lights and you guessed it, we're not getting it. We loved the cabinet color in the model in Ventana, we're not getting that as well. I think my home will be the unfortunate guinne pig for the changes. I would think that would the job of the model and not the unsuspecting customers home. Those are my gripes. I would suggest allowing the customer fill out surveys of pros and cons to standardize a look of a home and building a model base on that and instead of this bait and switch thing"
