"I called initially to make an appointment. A gentleman answered the phone and when I requested kelly by name he was very persistent about me using him so, I scheduled with him. Upon my appointment showing up he was unaware of our appointment and seemed put off by my presence but saw me anyway. My wife and children were with me as my wife was part of the tax process this go around.. he made comments about not tolerating young children that put my wife off a little but we just wanted to do our taxes so, didn’t care much at that point. Upon a long meeting with him asking to s of questions he told us he would prepare the taxes and get back to us sending me on my way after getting all our personal info. I’ve never had to wait to file my taxes but I figured I’d give the gent a chance to I guess figure it out or something. It was fairly straight forward but I didn’t question his method. I waited a week then called back and was told he would call me when he was ready that there was no need to call him.. again I’m just filing my taxes with no write offs.. pretty easy to do.. another week passes and nothing.. it’s been a good month and nothing. So, when I compile the whole experience with his insistence of booking him, his not so friendly attitude and seemingly incompetent or unwillingness to help me along with all the elapsed time I’ve come to the conclusion this cpa office is incompetent and clearly unprofessional. I’m not one to review businesses but I feel the need to warn folks.. they will take your personal info and not be very helpful or at least the gentleman who works this office is for sure. Out of all my cpa experiences over the years this one was the only time I’ve felt like my time was wasted and the cpa was absolutely incompetent. Take my experience for what it’s worth. Maybe I got a dud that day. But this was my experience and I’ll never use this cpa ever in the future."
