"This post office gets worse every time I go, and I’m constantly reminded to make the drive to Mustang instead. There was only one employee at the counter with a huge line, and I couldn’t even use the kiosk since no one had stocked any envelopes in the lobby, and even if there were some out, there were zero labels pens, or priority mail supplies like they’re supposed to have available."

"My wife and I just closed on our house a couple of days ago. We were instructed to go to the post office to pick up our mailbox key. My wife called the post office at around noon to speak with Jason and he confirmed that he had our mailbox key. when she gets there she is greeted by a man named Bobby after waiting about 15 minutes for Bobby to try to find our mailbox key, he reemerges and says that they do not have our mailbox key. I now see why their review rating is so low. They lack communication and organization."

"I have been ordering stuff online since 2007; since then I have never had an issue with my packages being delivered accurately, some delayed but always at the right place. Since I moved to the Yukon Area from Alabama, every single package that has gone through USPS has been lost; I'm not exaggerating that, my wife and I have not accurately received mail or packages in one year. This location needs intervention from higher-ups immediately."

"I decided to use the new self service machine which wasn't too bad. It seemed better than standing in line. I'd recommend using it. The place was nice enough. Didn't look trashy or messy. Everything was pretty well organized. I've only spoken with the staff once and it was a good interaction and experience. Just remember if you need to send certified mail, you need to go to a USPS. Not UPS. They'll just tell you to go back to the post office you drove by on the way to UPS."
