"Well, from the pictures I recieved of the arrangement that I had ordered, it was really nice and Mom really loved it. But what I didn't see was the upgrade of the bouquet that was requested and payed for. Mom likes stuff the son sends, but the son is a little bit apprehensive about the quality Mom gets."

"My husband ordered an arrangement from Okie Gals for my birthday. The small flower arrangement came in a coffee cup size container with wilted carnations and daisy’s. With more than a third of the arrangement being greenery. There was a plastic stick in the arrangement that said Happy Birthday. Cheapest pitiful arrangement I have ever seen. I have bought much nicer flower bouquets at Walmart for less than $10. The arrangement cost was $92. Absolutely not worth that amount at all. He contacted the establishment to give them an opportunity to make it right. Inflation was the answer. Sorry. Not good enough"

"Fantastic service! I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and she was completely blown away. The presentation was on point and the flowers were great! We had a small hiccup with a missing item. Mistakes happen! What really matters is how a company handles those mistakes. I am deployed so I had to send an email. I got a reply from Shelly in less than an hour. She apologized and offered to bring the item out to my wife. What’s more, she took ownership of the mistake! This small issue has led to Okie Gals being the only flower shop I will use in the Chickasha area. Presentation, quality, and customer service all on point 100%!
