"The times I have been here there is always this old lady, don’t know her name, who attends me. Don’t know if she’s just rude or racist. The first encounter with her I was with my family trying to get my passport. It seemed as if we were bothering her just by being there. When she attended us she was being a bit rude, but we didn’t say anything about it. Behind us there was a white man, and when she attended him suddenly she’s all friendly? Also, not so recently I went to get copies of my passport for travel reasons and when she was getting me the copies she kept looking through my passport as if it was fake. Maybe I misunderstood these situations, but it just seemed a bit racist in my opinion."

I got connected with Chelsea who was absolutely wonderful in her courtesy, motivation and overall polite customer service. She investigated the peculiar trend of the package scans and I eventually received my package the following day. This morning she followed up with me to ensure all was well. Each part of the process was the epitome of fabulous customer service. Thanks Chelsea!"

"Don't get your passport here. Appointment time doesn't matter you will be waiting an hour regardless and the woman is wholy rude and will THROW your paperwork if it's not completed the way she wants. Her name Rhonda."
