"When you hire a company to do a job, you expect all to go well and "perfectly" in order to obtain a 5-star review. And when something does not go well and "perfectly", it's what a company does after to remedy the situation that determines whether a 5-star is justified. And that is the case with The Brothers That Just Do Gutters. We decided to use The Brothers That Just Do Gutters after talking with them several times at the OKC Home & Garden Shows. We did not feel we were getting the high-pressure sales pitch that we felt from other companies we spoke with. Unfortunately, our install did not go well. We had a home inspector and a roofer come out and verify that what we were seeing was incorrect. When I called the salesperson (can't recall his name), he was apologetic and very responsive. He and the owner, Brian, immediately began to find out what happened, addressed it with the installers, and worked with our roofing company to correct the problem. Brian personally came out to inspect the work and make sure we were satisfied with the job. One year and several heavy downpours later, the gutters are performing well! And that is why they earned a 5-star review with us!"

"Poor workmanship and little effort to make things right. They installed new gutters last Friday, came back on the following Wednesday to perform a water test that was supposed to be done before the workers left on Friday. Colton used a water hose with poor water pressure for 5 minutes at the most and decided that the water test was successful. However, when it rained on Thursday the day after the water test, the gutters leaked onto the porch. I believe this to be a safety issue in the winter, as it will turn to ice. I paid $2,300.00 for gutters that could function properly in natural rain...that is the water test!"

"My experience was great from start to finish. They were quick to contact me for a quote and quick to schedule once I accepted the quote. I even had to wait a couple weeks before accepting, they only reached out once to see if I was still interested, I told them the date in which I could accept and they were very patient. Once I was scheduled they reached out again to inform me that an even sooner date was available, I was very happy to get the project done sooner than expected! The gutters look great and all of their placement recommendations look amazing, the crew was also very nice and quick with the install. "within 4 hrs they contacted us to give an estimate, price was fair. and helped us pick a color that we was going to match our new paint color for the eaves on the house . was willing to let us paint first before install. super nice and very professional service. gave us notice when they could come and time , when the installers came they knocked on the door to let us know they was there . super nice and friendly. cleaned up all the mess and looks great . would recommend them any time .
