Mc Kinley Street Laundry

"I've been going to this Laundromat for about 3 months now and really liked it until yesterday and old woman who works there got aggressive with me and threw a huge fit in the parking lot. At first she blocked me from walking through the laundromat and was giving me an evil, mean look, then pushed a cart at me, and then as I left I closed the door that I had opened and she ran outside yelling at me telling me to leave it open. I've been here numerous times and never met her, the doors are usually closed and I told her I just closed it because I opened it and it was 40 degrees outside which she sat there yelling at me that she wants it open. I told her that my not problems and is her literal job and she sat there for the next 30 minutes in the parking lot running around throwing a fit and making a scene. I was afraid for my child and property and stayed inside with 911 on speed dial in case this insane woman tried to assault me. She ended up walking away? From the entire laundromat and her "boss" came up and apologized and gave my son free snacks. Do better I had my 3 year old son with me and this woman seemed like she was on drugs and violent. Id also like to mention that this place scams you on the mega washer which I didnt mind until the aggression from the workers. I'm honestly considering calling the BBB because this is not a safe place."

"Horrible place and service the lady running always trying to close up early and being extremely rude, will never go here again half the equipment never works, not worth your time or money go somewhere else."

"Came to wash a comforter. Had to use the mega size washer due to the comforter being so thick, which was not a problem. I ended up washing the item twice due to using too much soap. Which again was no problem. But the issue was….. the machine shorted me $.50 in counting the quarters on EACH wash. Drive the extra few miles and go to Sapulpa Laundry. It is staffed, cleaner and all equipment works. If you have problems there is someone on site to help."

"The place was clean and in good condition. Pay attention to the washers as some are cheaper than others (by a quarter but nonetheless) the dryers are alright. I prefer the more heavy duty ones for drying thoroughly. The other ones along the side wall would be good for light loads. I’m pretty sure the owner was there both times today when I went in and he was very nice and made sure everything was good and that the socks he found wasn’t ours haha they weren’t but it was still very nice. He also gave my kiddo a little toy each time we came in out of kindness and made my little ones day today! Also make sure you have cash or change since all of their machines take quarters! They have a machine there that will make change if you need it."

"The laundromat we usually use was closed for repairs so we had to drive 20 miles to this one.. It was hot! Most of the washers worked. The attendant was very nice and paid for my dryer after one of the washers didn't work right. It was clean."
