"Richie did not have an easy job on repairing my outside hybrid heat pump with gas backup central air unit. But he chased down the problem, replaced the part (which took a while because I have a somewhat unusual HVAC unit). I have only interacted with Richie but if the rest of the crew at Quick Temp is like him, I would have to give them at least 6 out of 5 stars!"
