"Josh came out and gave us an estimate on a new AC unit as ours has been struggling for a few years. He was professional, personable and he gave us a couple options to consider. We shopped around and Superior was by far the best price and we really liked the way Josh represented his company. Roberto, Justin and Kaleb were the installation techs. They came out did an excellent job installing our new AC and furnace! They were very nice and clean. Looking forward to a cooler summer this year! Highly recommend!"

He took care of the clogged drain tube, which was causing water to puddle in the garage. His inspection was thorough and his explanations were clear. "We have had Jimmy, Brandon and Nick perform the maintenance on our hvac system. Each time it has bee timely, thorough, polite and informative. No complaints here. Forward to 12/29/23 Started to smell a strong natural gas odor coming from our upstairs bedrooms. Thought it was coming from the furnace and was rather concerned so i called Superior Air and they said they could have David over in two hours. He not only got here sooner but figured out what the cause and fixed it on the spot. Better yet, since we are on their service plan there was no charge for the call. David was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Very happy with Superior Air"
