Since they already lost an expensive garment without owning accountability, I did not want to hand over these pieces for re-do. "Apparently a ticket was never created for the garments that I dropped off, so when I tried to pick them back up a week later, they were effectively lost. Luckily, the manager was able to quickly find them (the next morning) after I gave him descriptions of my garments. The staff was nice and helpful, especially the manager, in finding the garments. However, I feel like this could have been avoided in a sense (e.g., maybe making sure that orders are logged into the computer instantly, communication between shifts, etc.). I understand that mistakes can happen, but my interactions with staff working at the drive through did not inspire overall confidence and I definitely would be hesitant to use their services again."

"Curt and the staff came to our rescue when my daughter's wedding dress was discolored by another cleaner 2 weeks before the wedding. Still open Friday afternoon at 6:15 - we rushed over with the dress. Curt immediately knew what the problem was and felt confident he could fix it. We were in a panic - but he was patient and within a few days had the dress looking better than before. I appreciate so much that Yale Cleaners has great hours and is accessible. They are knowledgeable and reliable. Mostly they are kind and generous. I won't go anywhere else again."
