"@Green Eyes, if you're going to write a review, tell the truth. Don't lie on me either. I, along with 2 other people, waited for over 20 mins for someone to show up and get their clothes out of the 4 washers that you left unattended. The people who were here when you started washing, were folding their dry clothes by the time you came back. You actually told me that you had to go buy food for the Superbowl, and there's absolutely nothing wrong with the restroom, I just used it actually. Me andy girls use it every time we come. You are upset because someone took your clothes out of the washers because several other customers needed them, when there are signs that say, "Not responsible for unattended clothes". You were gone for over 40 mins, enough time for other people to use the few empty washers and start the dryer. Don't blame other people for your wrong, and definitely don't get on here with your lies. If you have such a problem with the lack of dryers, you probably should find another place to do your laundry. Us regulars love this place, and every staff worker here!!"

"Horrible and rude staff! Our washer broke last night so we needed to do enough laundry to last the week. We used 6 washers total, a combination of bigger washers for bedding and smaller washers for clothes. The washers had 30 minute timers so because they don't have a bathroom, we needed to find a bathroom for our son to use and decided to go to the grocery store and grab a few dinner items while we waited. As we were leaving the store to head back to check out laundry my youngest son threw up in the parking lot and needed to go home and change. By the time we returned to the laundromat it had been an hour. We walked in and noticed our baskets were gone and a customer walked up and pointed to our laundry all in a heaping pile in a laundry cart and on the floor. After asking why my laundry was moved when half of the machines were empty I was rudely told that my clothes were sitting done and people were waiting an hour and a half. Thing is after I left I checked my phone because my daughter had called me when I was still loading the 1st machine we used so I checked to see what time that was. It took another 15-20 minutes to finish loaded the other washers. And when we were checking the washers to make sure they didn't leave a load behind, I saw the timer on the washers we had used saying 2 and 4 minutes. So between the time I loaded our laundry in and the time they would've had to start their load, our laundry couldn't have been sitting longer than 10 minutes before it was removed. The woman that was using the washers I had used mentioned that she was there waiting to use them before we had even left....which was odd because there were at least 7 washers empty when we left AND those same ones coincidently were still available when we returned?! On a side note half the machines are out of order and from other reviews have been for a while. Maybe they should fix those machines and then people wouldn't be so desperate for a washer that they remove laundry 10 minutes or less after it stops. I also kept smelling human feces but didn't think to much about it since it's a laundromat until I commented on it after and a woman in the parking lot said it always smells like that and the staff are always rude unless you are one of their "druggie friends" but because the prices are so cheap she still comes here and she sits in her car while she waits."

"Went here with my family it's sucks there.first the people were rude and we were getting stared down right when we walked in. Right after we put are things in the washer the person who was there took them out and threw them on the floor we left to go to Walmart and when we got back none of out stuff was there and all in a basket then they were yelling at me and my mom when we asked to load are things in she started cussing at us then callld mom a b word for no reason do not recommend unless you want a bad day don't go."

"I honestly would not go back. Despite little notes on some dryers getting "very hot" it took 40 minutes to dry a small load of very light weight items. I had to run every dryer twice and I always load mine light to help reduce dry time. And the attendant stepped outside the back door to smoke a joint. I don't care if you smoke pot but to me it is like drinking a beer, don't do it at work."

"They always do a great job on doing our laundry they also hang clothes on your hangers and put a plastic bag over them, they are always friendly, they are open seven days a week!"
