"This has been my cleaners for several years now. Drop off clothes every few weeks. Went today, walked in at 5 and was told they were closed. I asked since when and she said last week. Some advanced notice would have been nice. Closing at 5 seems odd for a cleaners. Also, I've spent hundreds of dollars, staff should have taken the few minutes to take my cleaning. I'm looking for a new cleaners."

"Was going there regularly for about 2 years an had many shorts pants and shirts dry cleaned well I have a lot of shorts anyway long story short took plastic off a load I had dry cleaned and a pair of almost new shorts had wore 2 times was streaked and discolored took them back and attendant said would send back to see about Reimbursement on them returned 2 days later to be told it was too far out of date since they were cleaned I wouldn’t think it would matter being they still had the original tags for they had clean them at staple to them so anyway I have not returned in many months now their loss I was spending an average in probably 25 to 30 a week there"

"Lost part of our clothes and then starched pants when specifically asked not to. When asked if they'd wash jeans over with no starch told me I'd have to prove they were starched and they would not rewash even if there was a mistake on their part even after paying $60 to have clothes washed... Rachel was obviously not taught proper customer service and that is sad a lot of businesses going under due to a pandemic you'd think you'd want to keep the business you do still have...."
