"We had used NHC for over 15 years and were devoted customers. My husband and I took our matching Burberry trench coats in for their first cleaning since buying them. Mine came back pristine. His came back with bleach stains from the collar to the hem, a broken button, and worn edges. The coat looked 80 years old. When I asked the manager about what could’ve happened, she informed me that my husband must have used shaving cream that caused all the spots. She denied responsibility of any kind. How did my coat - the woman’s coat - come back spotless and my husband’s came back unsightly? I use far more products than my husband ever does and I wore my coat just as frequently as did my husband. Secondly, and more notably, my husband has a beard and doesn’t use shaving cream. Beard oil is just that: an oil with no peroxide or chemicals whatsoever. While the NHC policy disclaims broken or missing buttons, it seemed odd that the coat came back with a jagged button and bleach stains all in one return product. For customers who have used NHC for so long, I am extremely disappointed in the lack of customer service in addressing a problem with care and professionalism. I once entrusted NHC to care for my wedding dress - and now I will be finding a new cleaner. To accept absolutely no possibility of fault for completely wrecking a luxury item when that same item is known for its durable textiles reeks of a company that takes its well-paying customers for granted. We will miss our delivery drivers. They are kind, timely, and always polite and professional, unlike their management. If I could grant zero stars, I would."

"I took 40 flags to this company to have ironed. They washed them and turned them pink. The company has stated that they WILL NOT COMP even half. I went all the way to the top. The owner Bob Guthry SCREAMED AT ME stating the conversation was over and HUNG UP ON ME HIS CLIENT!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! This man WILL NOT a get one more penny from me and I hope will not get yours! There are too many good companies around to put up with his rudeness and destroying your property!!!"

"I get my dry cleaning done with AC because it is so convenient, but also they are excellent at what they do. I always get great service, but they gave my women's dress jacket extra care this last time and I truly appreciate it. Also, Allen, is super courteous and always friendly when he comes to pick up and drop off."

"My review is a little over due, but I had been looking for a place to get my wedding dress dry cleaned. After utilizing Google, I found Nichols Hills. I took it in about a month before it needed to be ready. They had it done within a couple of weeks. I expected to be charged quite a bit, as it was a wedding dress, but they actually called me and refunded me some of what I paid because my dress was so simple and not like so many other elaborate dresses. They went above and beyond and were honest. If I ever need any dry cleaning services again, all of my items will be taken to them. The dress came out pristine and I couldn't be happier.
