"Took 1 Limited edition, Paschal Picotte motorcycle riding jacket in as well as a very rare, limited edition monster energy, top and bottom ski outfit, (heavy coat, and heavy pants). Asked the young counter help if they could do these and he said he thought so. I said well thinking so and ruining them are two different things, because these cannot be replaced. He tried to call his boss several times which he did not answer, and said I will call him again and I will call you and let you know if we cannot do these. I never received a phone call. I went to go pick up the coats today and the ski jacket that I brought in, still had all the spots on the white portions down both sleeves, the front and the back, which was the reason for bringing it in in the first place. I asked same young counter help, did they even dry clean it and he said yes, but they get really careful if they think that they might ruin it. I said well if they thought they might ruin it, they shouldn’t have done anything because it does not look like they did anything to it as its still all dirty. All the spots were still in it . He just said I’m sorry and charged full price, that’s not Customer Service. If you can’t get the job done, say so. If you don’t do the job, or a great job at doing your job, definitely don’t charge full price. Wont be back & will spread the word."

"Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever experienced. Didn’t do what they said they would do and when I asked what the issue was, I was told they were backed up. I pointed out that they shouldn’t have told me they could deliver if they couldn’t. They hung up on me."

"This was the only cleaners near us that was open until 7 PM instead of 6 PM. I was cautious due to the reviews, but my boyfriend had a funeral to go to in 2 days. When he called to see if they were ready, the guy that answered said he couldn’t find them. When he showed up, the guy said he forgot to check again. He looked again and still couldn’t find them. My boyfriend ended up having to go look through everything and found them under another persons name. He does have them in time for the funeral now though. Will not use this place again."

"Dropped off dry cleaning picked up a day after I was told it would be ready. Got home to find out 7 items were missing. Called the following Monday to be told that not all of my clothes was ready for pickup on that Friday. But was not told that when I picked up on Friday. Husband went back on Monday to get remaining 7 items. Ticket said 7 the person working told him there was 7 while she was helping someone who came in after him. Trying to multitask instead of taking care of the customer that has now made 2 trips because the dry cleaners screwed up. When he got home I was still missing 1 item. The item was marked on the ticket as it was in the order and he paid for it. I was beyond frustrated at this point. The lady told me she counted 7 items and I must have over looked it. After they searched their other locations they found my unique pants that I sent them a picture of. Now 3 trips later to the dry cleaners and them having them after 2 weeks of being at the dry cleaners. We have used this business for awhile and we spend $$$$ there a week. Not anymore. The people who work the counter do not take time to count the items when you drop off and when you pick them up they hang the items up crossing the hangers in a mess making it hard to carry the items to the car. Yes between my husband and I we have multiple items a week. Very disappointed."
