Presto-X Pest Control

"I usually don’t leave reviews unless I have a really bad experience. I would honestly give the company 0 stars. I canceled my services with ABC (before Presto X took over). I moved out of the house. The owner of the house contacted me saying the new tenant at the house was asking for me. I called Presto X and told them I canceled my account before moving out of the house. They told me it didn’t show it was canceled and canceled it again. I thought that was the end of it. Two weeks later I received an email saying they “serviced” my home at the old address. I called AGAIN, and had to cancel my service AGAIN!!!! Now I am receiving a bill, for what!?!?! I called Dec 21 2023 and the clerk said they removed my balance from my account. Today I received an email “final notice” for the balance. I am now seeking legal council, because it isn’t about the money. This is about bad business practices and the shady nature of the business. I am writing this review as a warning to those considering using this company."
