We were all working at a nursing home in Shawnee cleaning furniture and boxes. Our supervisor was very vocal and had goals for us to reach everyday. "My experience was very, very disappointing. Took three months for them to do a weeks job excuse after excuse the holidays, flat tires, death and families. Yes, I have a heart and I understand but it’s a big corporation. It’s a big franchise somebody should’ve been able to do their job I finally received my belongings after having to have another company step in and finish the remediation neither David or Mike, the managers, came. I just sent the other kids who knew nothing about the situation with broken furniture missing parts boxes that were literally thrown together a complete disaster. I’m disabled how I’m gonna I don’t know how I’m gonna get this stuff put away I post the photos but you wouldn’t believe it if you saw it"

"I am the owner of an Airbnb in Oklahoma City. I had a guest that is suspected of distributing marijuana from it. There were guests coming and going with garbage sacks and boxes all night seen with outdoor camera. My property manager stepped into a horrible mess of pot odor everywhere. Pieces of marijuana were all over the kitchen and dining room and the smell was in our linens, in our furniture and carpet. My daughter found Serve-pro on google and they were fantastic. Their representative was out the next day to give me an estimate. They are very professional, quick to respond and I can see why they have had so many 5 star reviews in the past. "Our sump pumps went out and we'd had a lot of rain which resulted in our basement flooding. After the plumber fixed the sump pumps I called Servpro and Mike and his crew were out that afternoon. They vacuumed out the standing water and put their drying equipment out. They came back out and tested daily until they concluded the environment for mold had been eliminated. Mike went above and beyond when it was over 100 degrees and incredibly humid and the power had gone out in the basement. I couldn't figure out which breaker had been tripped and when Mike came over he went out and got the power back on. Trivione, one of the crew members, was very helpful and diligent. All the crew members were timely, hard working, and professional, very nice. Highly recommend!"

"We came home to our house flooded. We called our insurance company, and they had this company out within 1-2 hours. They were extremely professional, explained the entire process, and got right to work getting my floors up and baseboards that were affected. They brought in a ton of fans and dehumidifiers. They answer the phones right away and answer any concerns or questions I have, and if I do have a problem they were out to the house in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this company!"
