They appear cleaner and they are pressed much better. I had quite a few missing sleeve buttons on shirts and every single shirt came back with all the buttons. They took the time to check every button and replace any that were missing and at no extra charge."

"I took some polos here to have them cleaned and ironed. I had to take them back because they had creased the sleeves and the collar. Even after explaining this and asking them to not crease the sleeves or collar, and having them do it again, they still creased everything. The person at the front suggested I do the ironing myself to get the creases out. Don't waste your money here."
