"My carpet was in terrible need of cleaning. I didn’t want to sit or lie down on my carpet without a blanket or something under me. We moved everything we could out of the rooms and put the rest on sliders to be able to get every inch of carpet cleaned. Steve was very willing to clean anything he could access and did it much quicker than I expected and it all dried that same day. We were able to move the furniture back later that day. He also cleaned some area rugs and a recliner and it changed the appearance and smell of the entire house! We had several stains that I thought were set-in but everything came up. He also used something to help where pets had been in the past years and it all looked and smelled great! It’s been 6 weeks since my carpet was cleaned and I’m still extremely happy with it! We are often in the floor now playing games or watching tv with no second thoughts and I can still tell it smells cleaner than before.
