Sooner Wash

"typically a place i come to no matter what, good prices, good washers and dryers, but the lady working night shift needs to go!! (March 30th, 2024). we walked in at 7:55pm (well aware that they close at 9, the way we timed it we will be out of here at 8:50) and she basically yelled at my husband about them closing at 9. she walked around every 5 minutes or so giving us a DEATH stare, and constantly checking the time on the washers, we took our stuff and went to the 24-hour down the street once the washers were done at 8:15. she is probably mad she cant clean up early like she wants to. idk who the owner is but you might want to check your employees bcuz that is 1. losing money on your end and 2. completely unprofessional. im 18 years old and know its wrong. also open sign is off and she turned a customer away at 8:15. i wanna know how this lady still has her job? seen MULTIPLE complaints on these reviews on this lady alone. will not be back in here at night!!"

"Got here at 7:45 pm and brought in my second load (with my 6 months PREGNANT wife) and was asked very rudely and suggestively by the lady working (black but race doesn’t have anything to do with it, just so yall can identify her) that they close at 9:00. Will not be back until she is corrected by management or fired. Do not come her during the evening."

"The service was extremely horrible, the African-American lady working evening shift Mar 12,2024 was extremely rude and obnoxious…. She was staring at customers intimidating and went as far as turning off Open Sign 1hr&half prior to actual closing time turning around photo customers. That’s depriving your business of money and potential customers…. Please hire individuals who want to work and have sales rep/customer service skills… Thank you and please correct this issue.."

"Lady who was working was rude as all get out. I walked in at 6:25 and the first and only thing she says to me is "If you're here to wash you need to hurry, last load is at 8." Not in a friendly, reminder way. But a way you talk to someone when they are not welcome. Seemed like she was upset to have paying customers. Her and her boyfriend or whatever were arguing very noticeably as well. So unprofessional, and so rude. I will never come here again because of her."

"Clean, free wifi - pass word is earlybird. Very nice seating area and work area. Games for kids and fairly clean restroom. Washers are 2.50 - 5.00. Driers work very well. Kid that worked tonight (7-25-17) could care less to help and seems bothered to answer questions. However he seemes to work periodically to clean things up."
