"If there was a zero star option I would have chosen that. I've tried twice for two different projects to get them to come out and provide a quote. One was a total remodel of a kitchen....no response. Most recently I called to have them come do a quote for a bathroom repair post pipe burst, never received a call back. If it's not a major project, they aren't interested. Do not waste your time using this company. Look elsewhere. Additional: In response to your reply, the kitchen remodel request was many many years ago, and just like this most recent inquiry, nothing was mentioned about not doing remodels. In reference to your reply about the water damage, well your receptionist said nothing about it, other than "we will call you back with a date/time for quote". Appears the right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing."
