"Been going here for a while now for laundry service for my work clothes to get them washed and pressed. Always did a fantastic job. Had some changes in staff and it just became awful. Went in to pick up my clothes and they were still wet so I couldn’t go into my shift. And on top of that the guy billed me for almost double what it usually is so I feel like I got scammed. Which has me stressed out over money which is never fun. Don’t know what happened to the people you had before now but I would do anything in my power to get them back because I will not be returning until they do nor do I think anyone should use them except for if you plan on doing it yourself."
