"After having to spray my yard once a month myself to keep bugs under control. Couldn’t justify having Titan continue to spray my yard. I requested to cancel the service because of the reason previously stated and was immediately reminded I had a contract and there’s an early cancellation fee. After explaining my reasons repeatedly, I was told “out of 3000 + customers, you’re the only one that has complained”. Of course it was my fault so instead of taking the early termination fee, since it was my fault that I had to spray my yard to keep the bugs under control, I told them I will pay the total of my contract for them not to step foot on my property. Thanks Titan I apologize for being the only dissatisfied customer."
