"I am new to Wichita Falls. I could have shared my view after my last experience here a week ago where I was not treated as a valued customer by the counter staff. I spoke with the owner who is a very pleasant guy and hoped to have a better experience the next time. Today was the "next time". I asked for Clint in order to address a garment issue. I was told he was not in and I strongly felt that the young woman I spoke with was going to make me feel uncomfortable as a response to my last visit. Another customer came in and interrupted my transaction, she allowed it and castigated me for responding to the woman that she was interrupting my customer process. I got a lecture from the counter person as if I was the rude offender. Clearly this staff requires work in understanding fairness, civility and politeness. Clearly they express preference for certain customers. Were their cleaning extraordinary I would be disappointed to have to go elsewhere but their work is not."

"Very good service. Did a good job for the price I paid. Drop off and pickup was simple. I did not use drive through. I walked in and greeted. The pricing is what I am not understanding we was told that if you have 3 pants you get a discount. Every week we have sane amount 3 shirts and 3 pants all dropped off together. Every week different prices sometimes discount on paper and then nothing"
