"I wouldn't ship anything through fed ex ground in broken arrow Oklahoma. I have on camera the driver throwing my package and breaking it. Now fed ex says it's not their problem I have to take it up with temu cause they shipped it. Don't even care that their driver is breaking people's stuff. That's ridiculous. What a horrible bunch of people."
"Worst drivers in the world! Drop off packages at my mailbox and claim front door delivery, front door is 300 feet from mailbox! Packages end up being stolen because of inept employees. Go UPS, at least they're reliable. Try and call in a complaint and you get transferred to a call center overseas with people that don't speak English."
"Pathetic, My AC has been at the building since Wednesday. It is now Saturday. Driver lied and said no-one was home on Friday, but someone was there and the package was supposed to be delivered without a signature anyway. FedEx 800 number keeps saying they are busy and behind. That is not my problem. Delivery was scheduled and they blew it, and now I can't even pick it up at the facility, so it will sit on my porch all week while I am out of town. Why couldn't the seller (Walmart) use UPS...."
"Two day delivery???? Nope. Going on day 4, tracking says it's still not scheduled for delivery. Refund the charge for the delivery time paid for?? Nope. Guaranteed service??? Nope. Even had a customer service lady tell me she was glad to see it left the Memphis facility, because many never do when they get there. 285 miles from the shipper, couldn't pull it off in 4 days. No integrity, no customer service, not getting any more of my business."
