"I ordered an expensive couch online from Wayfair and Zipp delivered it. I got an email from Wayfair telling me that the delivery company was to contact me within one day to schedule a delivery time. After 5 days, no call. I called them and they finally set up an appointment on a Monday between 10-2 and that the delivery man would call 30 minutes before delivery to make sure I was here. Well, it never showed up. I called them multiple times and they had no idea where it was. Monday came and went and lo and behold, when I came home from work on Tuesday it was on my porch. At no point throughout the entire process did they attempt to contact me to tell me it was delayed or out for delivery. I will go out of my way to avoid using this company again."
