"Definitely not a great experience. We were there for almost 3 hours for a simple gel manicure and parafin dip. Waited an hour and twenty minutes doing a soak off. They had me take my nails out and then waited so long to start on me that the nail re-hardened and had to re-soak.. they seem to still be trying figure things out as it gave the impression that they just opened. Maybe come back in a few months when they got it together."
