"We walked in my sister & I about 30 mins til closing on a Saturday. My first impression while walking in was how horrible the atmosphere looked. Very out dated and overall not a place where I would feel like I would get a good experience since everyone was busy too. My sister in law got her pedicure first while I waited about 20mins for the other girl to finish her customer up. First thing she came off kinda rude and made it seemed like I were a “difficult” customer cause I didn’t want them to use the drill thingy. Also because I stated I wanted the square shape instead of oval. Overall though she did do a great job in terms of the toe color application, shape & getting ride of the old skin in their i cannot complain. Now in buffing the feet to remove the calus only the bottom cause she didn’t even bother to touch the top part, also upon pushing the back skin on my big toe she cut my skin really bad with her nails that I was painful. Overall it was a ok experience..probably will not come again though just because I don’t like how her attitude was and how outdated the place is.."

"Made an appointment for a Saturday to have manicures done for my daughter and her friend. When we showed up on time, the representative stated that it would be an hour wait. When I reminded him that I have an appointment confirmed for 2pm, he responded with “well, we’re busy now.” I promptly left with my daughter and her friend. I understand days get busy, but I made an appointment and it was not honored. As a customer, I will not go to a salon that does not honor my appointment. If you are full, do not agree to make an appointment. Simply state that it is walk in service only. If I am pressed for time, I will go to an alternate location. Bad customer service."

"DO NOT GO HERE The WORST pedicure experience in my life! Scheduled an appointment TEN DAYS in advance. When I arrived for my appointment the tech I had requested (the owner wife) very rudely stated she was busy could someone else help me! I wasn’t happy but said ok however the 3 other techs in there were busy. An hour later a lady “walked in” and the owner husband showed up. My requested tech started on the walk in - the husband started on me but after about ten minutes he took a phone call without saying anything to me and left me sitting there with the water getting cold. I requested some one else because by this point I had been there an hour and a half. The owner wife never apologized; just kept working on the walk in with her eyes averted from me. I have been a faithful customer there since they opened! SO RUDE!! NO MORE TRIPS TO CHIC NAILS AND SPA!!"
