She helped me to complete my online app over the telephone and kept me informed through the day on what was happening with my app. Thanks to all her hard work and caring, I was not only able to get my money THAT day, but also qualified for more money than I had requested and still at a reasonable pay back amount! "Once again Dollar Loan throws me a curve ball when trying to utilize their services. I had heard their ads about a free week on my first loan for the new year. What they did not specify is that this is only for NEW customers. Had I known this I would not have gone back to Dollar Loan Center. These are very deceptive ads. But I give my thanks to Tiffany, the store manager. It is not her fault that the ads are deceptive. Had it not been for her gracious and professional mannerism, I would have have left the store at the moment I learned of the false advertisement. Her kind and professional comportment prevented me from storming out the door and chalking down my experience as yet another wasted time with Dollar Loan Center. Thanks Tiffany!"

"My mother loaned from Italy she was extremely rude, told her she couldn't complete the paperwork unless it was in black pen and tried to apologize after telling her that she could go somewhere else. She was lucky I wasn't there today as I also worked for a loan company for years and know how it works, I would have had input on her service."
