"Had a washer & dryer installed & one of the delivery drivers broke my hot water valve...Had water running in my walls for 6 days. when I finally spoke to someone from Swift about damages - They told me what I wanted to hear but now when I am trying to get answers - SILENCE - won't answer e-mails, phone calls or text messages now."

"Luis & Angel were very friendly and professional. They took out my old electric dryer and installed a new one with minimal complications (my house is older and has some challenging angles for moving large appliances). They were quick and courteous, taking the time to explain to me the way in which the steam cleaning lines run from the washer to the dryer. Overall it was a great experience!"
"Luis and Angel deserve these 5 stars and more. They were careful, knew what they were doing, and installed the fridge correctly and quickly. And they were so nice! The two guys you sent to install our new fridge the first time (NOT Luis or Angel) ...are not yet ready to install fridges. First,they ripped up our mouldings getting it in. The left door was hung incorrectly so the door wouldn't close, and they didn't put all the screws in any of the doors( but left them all over my floor and couch), they didn't even hook up the water, I had to do that myself. When they came back to fix the door they cut the grounding wire to the water/ice on the door so that no longer worked and then broke the freezer door so it no longer sealed. AND the left door still didn't close.They completely broke a brand new fridge, which Lowe's then had to replace. Thank you for sending Luis and Angel this time.They take pride in their work and it shows! I wish I had gotten these two the first time!"
"Two very nice young men delivered my new fridge today. They were in and out of the house fast, careful with the fridge and when navigating through the house to the kitchen. Took the old one out, put the new one in the correct place. Answered my questions. Very pleased with their service and efficiency. Grateful for the experience after the retailer had sent the wrong model twice before, glad to have the correct one in place without much disruption to my work day. Keep up the good work!"
