"Altus cleaners destroyed my costly 100% silk dress. They took no responsibility for returning the dress in a state of disrepair and took no actions to try and make it right. Ultimately, they blamed me for sweating too much in my dress, which led to the material "rotting." I was seeking some type of reimbursement for my loss and was ultimately insulted instead. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. I'm so disappointed I paid to have my favorite dress cleaned and now will never be able to wear it again."
