"Unsecured load/dirty trailer. Debris came off the back of the trailer and damaged my windshield. I was a lane beside the truck and a considerable distance behind (in the pics I had already moved another lane over). I spoke with the company and asked what their unsecured load policy was. The reply was a long pause and that they didn’t know. We concluded I was to send an email with pics and they would reply with what their policy is and updated info regarding the damage. Two emails later and I have not heard anything."

"We were driving on i20 between Gordon and Weatherford on 1-28-2010 when one of your drivers was driving erratic and had the other drivers not been paying attention he would have caused multiple wrecks between 1;20 PM and 1:35pm. Had a lane closure and he waited till last minute to try and get in. He straddled lanes till traffic had to stop and wait on him. Then going up Ranger hill he was tailgating other truckers and pulled out in front of a car almost causing a wreck then too."
