"We had a whole house full on antiques to move for my mom. Edward did the best job!! They took everything apart and wrapped it individually and moved it with the best care I could imagine. All of the antiques arrived without flaw and were put back together beautifully in my mom’s new home. She was thrilled! I was so happy that they were as careful as I would be with my mom’s most precious items. Thank you All My Sons!"
"We hired All My Sons Moving & Storage this past Monday to help us move some heavy furniture out of our living room, dining room and study while we install new hardwood floors. I called last minute for an appointment the Friday before and even though they were pretty well booked, they were able to work us in the next business day. Roberto Alvarez and his team did a FANTASTIC job! They were very careful with our furniture, a few of which were delicate antiques. They worked quickly yet carefully; I think Roberto and his crew were there just under an hour, yet they still did a wonderful job. Nothing was damaged in any way, and we were very pleased with the service we received. Thanks again, guys! We will definitely use All My Sons again for our next move!"
"DO NOT RECOMMEND. This was an awful experience. My move for my mother was scheduled yesterday, but nobody showed up between the times of 11-4. I called at 3:45 to see if anyone would be arriving at 4 and was told I can receive a coupon or a discount if they came the next morning at 8. I was the one that had to reach out to see if anyone was coming, no one called or messaged me to keep me updated before I called. I told whoever was on the phone how much stuff would be in the house and what would need packed. I was told this could be an easy 3-4 hour move which would cost around 500 dollars. This ended up taking 7 hours which brought the cost up to 1700 dollars. We were told by the movers they did not know they would be packing anything up which caused this to take longer. After communicating with Sarah on the phone, they were able to bring it down to around 1500 which is still insane. I was told that a 3 or 4 man crew would’ve been cheaper overall because of taking less time to pack, but that is a decision they should’ve made. The movers were absolutely great, and I do not blame them for this issue. The lack of communication overall was just mind blowing. I should not of even paid the 1500 after everything we went through the last 2 days. I feel completely scammed of my money and time."
"I am so happy I chose All My Sons for my move! Austyn, Kaleb, and Alex are absolutely the best of the best in professionals. They were on time, communicated well along the way, were extraordinarily patient, and worked tirelessly on a challenging stairwell situation! They all went above and beyond my expectations with professionalism, pricing, and services. I will most definitely use All My Sons Moving Company in the future if the need arises."
"Do not believe that All my Sons of OKC (and their claims department in Carrolton TX) will do anything to protect their reputation or brand. I chose them over a local mover (moving from $BR home in Edmond OK to Dallas area late May 23), primarily as they said they would put 8 workers on it vs. 6 from other - despite similar pricing. Sales person (Brian Teeter) bragged / showed pictures of nice furniture they moved, no damage). I've moved about 7 times over 30 years and used national and even local firms, never encountered anywhere near the damage this group caused. Yet, their management team never responded to a better offer, and simply left it up to claims to offer a "Pittance" ($400 to $600 max offer) when their firm was clearly not even professional. Would recommend if you do insist on using them, make sure you get the replacement cost insurance, either via your own insurance/renters / homeowners, or even theirs. They easily damaged over $2500 in replacement cost on my move (move cost $6700 and extra insurance was roughly $1500). I sent in all pictures/ claim info and got only email offers from claims, no actual discussion with a live person, and emails to everyone in the OKC office (including the two owners) was completely ignored over 2 months. I was told by their owner that they were firing half the crew that traveled from OKC to Dallas (many were not that responsive to leader on site, and stood around / smoking / waiting to be told what to do). Damages - broke in half an antique hall tree, damaged about 15 pieces of furniture on corners/ edges on furniture that was supposed to be blanket wrapped (examples include executive desk in about 15 spots, dining table leaf, King Louis XIV chair fabric marred in black/ torn (again supposed to be wrapped), etc. They "shrunk wrapped with plastic" a small TV as packing material. Person on front end of trip literally just put picture frames inside a mirror box (no packing with paper etc.) About 5 or 6 picture frame glasses broke in many pieces. Didn't re-attach kitchen refrigerator doors back on, simply left shrunk wrapped in plastic in garage. Will try and attach few relevant pictures. While moving companies like to say they pack professionally, the only item damaged out of items packed by me was a small kid's trophy at bottom of a box). Nearly all items were packed / ready to go before movers showed up (except large items and the picture frames they were paid extra to pack). I'm going to be sending my review to all the moving firms I originally got quotes from in OKC in case they can use this to counter a non-professional move. I never encountered this much damage from even hiring local movers in Dallas (three moves, never this much of an issue). This is the only moving claim i remember filing since about 30 years ago, and this is after multiple cross country/ local moves. They sell REPUTATION and BRAND of All my sons for name recognition, but believe me if anyone ever asks for my opinion, I will put them down to the end of time. Completely worst move ever"
