"DHL OKC front desk lady was rude. After I rang the doorbell to get service, the front desk lady came out and gave me a dirty look like I was bothering. I bought the shipping label online that cost $100 and brought it to DHL OKC. I wanted to put the shipping label on the envelope myself because I bought it for $100 and I didn't want it to get lost. She wouldn't let me put the shipping label on my envelope, and she was acting like it was her stuff. I paid for it and it's my stuff. She didn't pay for it. Why would it be a problem for me to put a shipping label on my envelope? The front lady was rude, had an attitude problem, and was acting like she paid for my shipping label. Her customer service was bad. I hope you do something to teach her and train her to give a better customer service."

"Worst experience I’ve ever had with a shipping company. My package was to be delivered Monday. It is now Friday and I still haven’t received it. I keep getting the run around by customer service. The last rep is now saying I have to wait until Monday, so this will now be a whole week later. They won’t tell me where my package is and why it keeps being delayed. I don’t understand how DHL is allowed to get away with this."

"It’s obvious that nothing has change since your last several reviews. Several 1 star reviews. I have the same problem as these people . LIES!! Once again . Your company is very mis leading . Do Not post a delivery time and not deliver.. no info would be better than lies on delivery times. Wasting peoples time and hopes of saving another day of waiting for another delivery lie. After not delivering pissing people off “ No Showing “ on their delivery. Then you post your lie “ Attempted delivery “ The fat lie everyone is being told .. Have you noticed your reviews reflect your service ? Get it together !! Every time I’ve had to pick my package up at the post office . Terrible business.."

"Please be careful when you order some thing overseas and they say they use DHL Xpress. I was supposed to get a delivery today and it be delivered from 6 to 8 PM. I waited around and the driver never came, then at 8:58 they claimed they had attempted to deliver. There was no knock at the door, and no note left, saying the attempted and please call this number. There was nothing. I also signed a no contact delivery so that I didn’t need to wait all day for it to sign for the package. I guess the drivers do not care about that. I certainly believe that they never came to my location or if they did they did not get out of the car because it had been raining. I signed another no contact delivery for the next day so hopefully they deliver tomorrow because they are closed on the weekends."

"My package was to be delivered today. Well lo and behold I get a text just 30 minutes before the deadline to deliver. Saying they attempted delivery but no one was home. Bull. I have cameras. I was home ALL day. I called twice. Got the run around the second time. Rude rep. Now tell me why the driver LIED. My lights are motion sensitive. They would have come on had he even parked in front of my house. I was sitting next to the front door. No knock. So now they say oh it will be delivered tomorrow. It better be or I will be calling corporate and filing a complaint. I didn't pay to not havemy package delivered."
