"I want to start off by saying we do not recommend this factoring company to any owner operator unless you want to waste your time calling customer service every time you factor a load because of no payment and emailing back and and forth. My company has been with TBS for almost 10 years and these past 1-2 years they have declined so much that we are leaving and going elsewhere. It is always somthing with them. Always a reason to not pay in a timely manner. Saying broker won’t verify loads and then when we call the broker, they will answer immediately. They don’t even try anymore. Customer service is impossible to get a hold of I have always had to use their call back service and even through their app they lack competence. I have spoken to other trucking companies where their factoring company will at the very least call the broker or accounts payable if there is a problem rather than sitting on their hands and saying an email will suffice. Today we had to tell the rep to please do their job because we have been having to do it for them. We had to call the accounting department on behalf of TBS and we were explained how to verify the load since they no longer verify via email or phone, the rep of the brokerage even was shocked saying that it should’ve been our factoring company calling in to get this info so they can use it for future loads and not be confused. DO NOT RECOMMEND."

"I started with TBS in 2021 factor a total of four bills with them. I experienced the worst customer service with this company that I have with any other company TBS doing that time have experience a major computer glitch in their system leaving me and other carriers to fin for themselves. I’ve tried numerous times to leave and ask for them to release me, but was refused over and over a Owner Operator that has spent thousands of dollars to get started in this business and to be railroaded by a company because they have the power to hold you back. It’s not right any new operators that are coming into this business I advise you I scream out loud Stay away from this company TBS"

"I have been with TBS since 2017. It have got worse over the years. Don't have a rep anymore. I took 6 reps to get a good one. Customer service is hard to get ahold of. They say I owe changebacks from 2022 and it's currently 2024. Taking money left and right and there is no accountability for their errors. I have been on hold and waiting for a call back since Friday of last week it's currently Tuesday. I am afraid that you guys are going under and going to take us in the trucking community with you."

"Today I have decided. After ten years of being with TBs it is Factory to give you these comments. They have lost quality of customer service. They take a long time to answer the phone, sometimes they do not answer the e-mails. The loads are not paying me on time, they always say that they have to be verified by the broker and the broker does not answer them. they supposedly mind. When I call them they answer me. I have also been paid double charges by mistake. One trip they paid me $10,000 from another company. Today I contacted them through the app and they told me that the load I sent on Friday that they could not verify. It was already online for payments and they did not send me the payment confirmation either. I do not recommend them, they have lost quality."

"Our company started working with TBS 12 years ago! At the beginning everything was smooth and they seem to be very welcoming and help with problems. As time went by, their communication started to become horrendous, they never reply to your emails, they started automatically deducting loads for absolutely no reason, they also breach our contracts and terms. I do not recommend anyone to do any sort of factoring with this company in fact if I could give them 0 start review instead of 1 I would. Please be ware and read other reviews of other customers before you join factoring with this company"
