"This place and the staff they hire are 10/10 awesome. I was supposed to deliver my load at 8 AM but unfortunately I had a mechanical issue on my truck so when I got there at 2 PM they still unloaded me within 35 minutes. Awesome job and thank you for taking me."

"Love should not be selling retread tires. They are dangerous for everybody on the road. When the tire blows out, it causes damage to the truck and other vehicles around and also accidents. I've been trucking for twenty seven years and dealing with retreds. they always blow. I also worked for a company for many years That never bought retreds always brand new tires never had one blow out just flat tires and had to repair them. For loves, they're saving money and making money for the trucking. Industry drivers and owners, they're losing money for the damage it causes. Love goes along with the law that permits them to do this. But they don't care about the damage it does to people very unprofessional."

"Been here over 6 hours waiting to get unloaded. Incredibly rude staff. This for sure changes our outlook on loves truck stops. We only use loves for all our trucking needs. Have spent 100s of thousands in fuel. Couldn’t even get ahold of customer service. 100% won’t be running loads for loves anymore."

"I want to give them zero star. They are not friendly. And they damaged my new trailer when they loading. I told them be carefully to my trailer but they did not listen. So I had to cancel the load but they asked me to pay them labor fee. Please don’t go there."
