We had appointments and still waited half an hour for garbage cuts and itchy kids covered in hair (their own and others). This is the only business review I have ever made."

"I’m giving it 3 because, who knows, different day, different stylist, different type of cut. Might’ve been better. It was our first time here. We requested the rockstar package—they aren’t doing the tattoos for the package anymore. I specifically said, we keep my son’s hair pretty long and shaggy, it’s thick and stubborn and needs length. I just want it out of his eyes and off his ears, and blended in. First thing she did was take clippers up the sides, so there was no going back. And She just kept cutting. I had to stop watching. If there was a miscommunication…okay. But it’s not even a good cut. It’s choppy, unmatched sides, and very poorly shaped. Didn’t even put any product in to try to make it look better. When she finished, she never said thank you, how do you like it, have a good day…just a transaction. We were very disappointed with the cut and experience. I just wanted it to look a little cleaner for the holidays…hope it grows fast."
