"I got clipped by Julio and had one of the best cuts in Tulsa so far and will be coming back for sure. He got me scheduled almost last minute, and I know how that typically frustrates a lot of barbers/stylists, but he didn't seem phased at all. When I walked in the first time, it looked like they were remodeling or something, and the progress looked tremendous. It's a very upscale feel, like maybe a lot of white people shop and live in this area so it's safe. It's great to see some Dominicans representing us finally and doing it with class.
