"This has been a terrible experience, these were the ONLY people in the entire system that did the right thing and saved the day. It sad that the system they are trapped in put them in the middle of a train wreck, but THESE FOLKS know how to do it right. Thank you for giving me back about a week of my life. If the people up the food chain had done their jobs, it could have been almost two weeks. I blame Canada, no more Canadian bacon for me, it's not even bacon!"

"This location seemed better then others. They were quick to process paperwork and also quick on loading.. thanks. My package sat in Kansas all week. I called the Kansas location and they said trailer was loaded but they didn't know when it would go to OKC. Something about no driver. This put our schedule way behind. We paid extra to get it here quicker but it ended up taking longer then normal delivery time."

"Freight was supposed to arrive today, Friday, but tracking information stated it was still in Kentucky, contacted them, they stated it was "in transit" and we would receive it next Tuesday. Second agent called me back, stated that it was at the terminal in Kentucky and stated she has requested that they "go ahead and get it to OKC". So the freight was not in transit. I asked if I had not called, would it just sit in Kentucky, since she had to request it to be shipped to OKC, agent said "she didn't say that". We needed this freight to complete a service job and it will not arrive in time. There is no concern on the part of UPS Freight to deliver it when expected. I just wonder how long the freight would have sat if I had not called at all..."

"Customer Service & Accountability. UPS Freight wants to open there business up to regular people and small business but expect everyone to be expert freight shippers. I was charged almost double what my online quote was and instead of stopping the shipment after "Inspection", which I was charged $1-7 for, and contacting me to let me know there was a huge difference in the shipping charge, they continued with the shipment and expect me to pay the almost doubled bill. I will never use them again, because instead of helping a potential new regular client one time and teaching them for future shipments, they passed me to multiple different departments that told me they wanted to help me but never followed up or helped. The last guy that called thought I wanted a price quote on a new shipment.... DO NOT SHIP WITH THEM."

"I scheduled a date for delivery and the tracking read that it was out for delivery. The item was not delivered and no notices or updates were sent. They also work very few hours making it difficult to figure out when the package will be delivered or why it has consistently not been delivered as scheduled."
