"They play a dirty game. Recruiting and orientation tell you you'll make $1500-2000 a week driving regional lease. I was averaging 1700-2200 miles. After expenses taking home $5-600 a week. I switched to OTR because I needed to make the money they told me I would. Still was averaging 3 weeks out only 2200-2600 miles a week making around $900-1000 take home. Twice in 3 months I made barely over 3000 miles. The workhound is worthless. I spoke to my dispatcher, dispatch boss ,Jerry, who said he would make sure I got 3000 miles and Eric the boss who never got back to me. Forced my hand to leave because of no miles and then they charge a contract cancelation of $1500. Then you charge me another $900 cancelation fee. $2400? And what is an inventory work order for $1088? Some bogus charges to keep my money? Dirty business practices. You don't hold up to what you claim and then charge to leave because the driver isn't making what is promised. I would understand if I left and was making the money, or if I was refusing loads or not working. I did everything on my part. You failed me, and then you fine me for it. Drivers beware what you get yourself into."

"Argued with one of their drivers apparently they're to lazy to go to the bathroom like normal people and pour their urine jugs out in the parks lot and splatters all over the truck next to them as I'm actively detailing my trk.These are the type drivers tht are part of the problem in trucking."

"Per a previous employee: "Not honest about a lot of things! Recruiting lied to me, company misrepresented payroll ( no check for 3 weeks)! No one will return phone calls to answer questions! Says drivers are a "dime a dozen" and are not very nice to them. " My source was driver from #446. He has 2 other witnesses to what your orientation teacher said, his name was Steven. Get your facts straight sir. I will be following this up with other drivers that have volunteered their phone numbers. Remember, God does not like ugly. That "wall of shame" your representative referred to is considered work place bullying. Call it what you may, justification & rationalization is a sign of guilt."

"STAY AWAY!!!!! Stay away from this company. They will waste your time. Applied for the company and they brought me and for orientation had me fill out the hiring paperwork and then go on a road test. This took 4 hours and after all this the director of hiring or "whatever his title is" brings me into his office. He goes on to tell me he just now went over my work history and there is a gap in my driving history and they can't hire me because I have no experience in a sleeper cab with a 53' trailer. All this information was in my online application and they wait until I already quit my job to bring this sit to light and say to me can't you just go back to your previous job. I shouldn't have to. When I said to him why this is only being brought up now he tries passing the blame on to his recruiting department. Don't you oversee the recruiting department? Maybe you should train your staff properly or have them check with you before contacting potential employees, so this doesn't happen to someone else. Once again STAY AWAY!!!!!"
