"They didn't want to help me or take my money. I hope it was not racial but, when I walked in, because the walk in signs, the barbers looked disheartened and worried I was there. I didn't even come in the door way, the owner and I just sort of hollered at each other from his office and said doorway. They told me they were both fully booked and I tried to make an appointment. He winced so harshly when reaching for his card, iI ecided I'd just give them some relief by leaving and thanking them. For making me feel, uncomfortable and perhaps my race had an effect in obtaining the services I sought after today."
