"Honestly very weird experience. I initially called to get Austin and now I fully regret it. Dude calls me back to schedule the appointment at 9:30 at night. Kinda late but I schedule my appt. When getting my haircut everything seemed fine. Normal haircut $40 plus tip. I even talked about signing up my little brother for a haircut as I knew he needed a cut. When I heard the price for mid to long hair ($60) I was surprised a little as I didn’t expect it to be that expensive but I still scheduled the appt cause I thought I’d treat my little brother to a decent cut. Flash forward a couple days I get a message from Austin in the middle of the night. 10:30-11pm this time.. he was cancelling my little brothers appointment. dude was clearly offended I was slightly surprised by the price of the haircut for my brother being $60. Saying he was dropping 20-30 clients as he is “increasing prices again” and didn’t want to deal with clients that wouldn’t understand. I wasn’t that sold so I just told him that it was very unprofessional to communicate this at 10:30 at night and that I will move forward. All in all very poor experience."

"Dude you have to make some corrections in your statement.I have called your shop on Wednesday at 11:54 pm to look for an opening on Friday. And its a Stephanie who picked the call not you!! She said only she will be available on Friday and then i have asked for Austin ( known from Google reviews).He took the call and said he is not free and then the call returned to Stephanie but for some reason the call dropped and i couldn't follow up.Then i called you again today and you hung up on me twice. Like you said i didn't act like a sexist in here;since i am new at your place i can be skeptical and its not a crime. I still wonder how you remember my call which was placed two days ago!! That's probably why you guys hung up on me. I don't care about the whole thing and I am not trying to prove anything either.But i just can't agree everything you said as it is not true.All the best for your future.Peace be with you bro!!"
